What RMEC Is All About
RMEC provides the unique opportunity for premedical students, medical students, and medical professionals from Region X to come together for a weekend full of networking and professional growth. Though this is a regional conference, we encourage MAPS members, SNMA members, and medical professionals outside of the region to attend. The conference will be filled with presentations and activities that relate to the experience of minorities in medicine, both as professionals and patients. We hope to provide an event that will encourage your continued journey in medicine and provide you with a community of like-minded individuals to continue to grow and develop within. We look forward to seeing you all!
Bring Toys!
We will be collecting toys and writing letters to donate to patients at the local children's hospital - Norton Children's.
Make sure you come by the exhibitor tables to drop off toy donations. We will also have paper and pens at hand to write encouraging letters to the kids.

Lets brighten some kids' day in a quick and simple way. You never know the effect it could have on these children and their family's experience.
